Actor Ahn Hyo Seop has filed a lawsuit against Han Seo Hee, a former trainee and social media personality, for allegedly leaking a private chat that contained obscene and threatening messages. The lawsuit accuses Han of using communication media for obscene purposes and defamation, according to Money Today2.
The chat, which was reportedly leaked by Han on an online platform, showed her sending messages to Ahn such as, “So you’re a superstar now and won’t reply?” and “Hey, answer me quickly! I’m staying at a hotel suite alone, so come.” She also implied that she would force him to have sex with her, saying, “You have no choice.”
Han later claimed that the chat was fabricated and made her social media account private. However, the lawsuit alleges that Han not only harassed Ahn with unwanted sexual propositions, but also threatened him with violence, saying, “Do you want to die?” and sending messages that could cause sexual humiliation or disgust.
The lawsuit also states that Han’s actions have caused serious damage to Ahn’s reputation and image as an actor, and have violated his privacy and dignity. Ahn is seeking compensation and an apology from Han.
