Yet, that’s merely one puzzle in the Blood Free saga. Episodes 3 and 4 unveil fresh enigmas, heightening viewers’ intrigue. Here are three mysteries from the drama’s second week.
Attention: Spoilers Ahead!
1. The Assassination of Kim Sin Gu
Kim Sin Gu (Kim Sang Ho) emerges as the brains behind the hacking threat to BF. Disguised as part of the Russian hacker group CitizenX, he nearly slipped away undetected after retiring. However, Hong Sae Ip (Yi Seo) accidentally uncovered his disguise.
Despite attempts to silence Hong Sae Ip, Kim Sin Gu’s subsequent actions were also exposed by Yun Ja Yu. Nevertheless, he eluded capture by the BF CEO, fleeing to Paris from Cambodia with a fake passport. Tragically, Kim Sin Gu died of a heart attack during the flight, raising suspicions due to the lack of toxic substances found.
2. Intruder at Woo Chae Woon’s Residence
A mysterious figure, present during an attempt on BF CEO Yun Ja Yu’s life, resurfaces in episode four. This individual, seen at the farmer’s funeral, attempts to enter Woo Chae Woon’s home but flees upon being interrupted. Their motives remain unclear—whether acting alone or as part of a larger scheme.
