At the event, Sana, dressed in a white dress, captured the attention of fans with her charming smile. However, a netizen commented, “There’s nothing like the real BLACKPINK Rosé,” to which the YSL Beauty admin responded with a heart emoji. This reply was perceived as disrespectful by TWICE’s fans, sparking outrage.

In response to the backlash, YSL Beauty posted an apology on their Instagram account, acknowledging the mistake made by their community manager. They emphasized that the action did not reflect the brand’s values and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting all their brand ambassadors.

Despite the apology, TWICE’s fans continue to demand further action, including the firing of the community manager responsible for the comment.
