However, their happy union was shattered when he discovered that her philanthropic father was the driver who killed his mother in a hit and run years ago and the cause of his father's suicide on their wedding day. The devastated Day chose to disappear rather than exposing the crime committed by Min's father. When he resurfaced years later Min had to choose either moving on with her life as he did with his or fighting for his forgiveness and saving their love.

Editor's Review
A Tale of Fate and Passion
“Endless Love” (2019) is a gem that captivated me from the very first episode. As a sucker for intense romances and heart-wrenching angst, I found myself drawn into this lakorn (Thai drama) like a moth to a flame. But it wasn’t just the emotional rollercoaster that hooked me; it was the well-crafted plot, compelling characters, and the central theme of destiny that kept me glued to the screen.
The Red Thread of Fate
At the heart of “Endless Love” lies the mythological concept of the “red thread of fate”. According to this ancient belief, an invisible thread connects two people who are destined to be together. No matter how far apart they are, this thread inexorably draws them closer until they find each other. The drama beautifully portrays this idea through the characters of Min and Day.
Min: A Strong Female Lead
Min, our female protagonist, initially comes across as bratty, but she quickly matures. Her gratitude and affection are expressed through actions rather than mere words. Despite Day’s occasional harshness, Min’s love for him remains unwavering. She embodies the essence of endless devotion.
Day: A Broken Heart
Day’s life is marked by tragedy. His mentally unstable father forgets him, blaming Day for his mother’s death. Yet, Day works hard to support both himself and his father. When he falls for Min, he discovers that her father was responsible for his mother’s death. Forgiveness and love intertwine as Day grapples with his past and present.
Fast-Paced and Engaging
“Endless Love” doesn’t waste time. It zips through major plot points, keeping viewers engaged. The obstacles that pull Min and Day apart—whether it’s family secrets, illness, or fate—are balanced with moments of tenderness and passion. The drama doesn’t shy away from the complexities of love, making it a satisfying watch.
The Perfect Soundtrack
The music in “Endless Love” is carefully chosen. It enhances emotional scenes and underscores the red thread’s invisible pull. Each note resonates with the characters’ longing and desire, leaving a lasting impression.
Final Thoughts
“Endless Love” surpassed its Taiwanese original. The chemistry between the leads, the red thread mythology, and the emotional depth make it a must-watch. If you believe in fate and love that defies all odds, this drama is for you. Let the red thread pull you into a world of passion, heartache, and enduring love.
