A Blend of Action and Eye Candy

Dokgo Rewind is a web drama that packs a punch with its action-packed sequences and a cast that’s easy on the eyes. Starring EXO’s Sehun, this short series revolves around Kang Hyuk and his friends as they take on bullies and protect Kim Gyu Soon’s sister.

The Good:

  1. Eye Candy Galore: Let’s address the obvious—Sehun is gorgeous! But it’s not just him; the villains are equally handsome, especially Killer Fist. If you’re looking for visual appeal, this drama delivers.
  2. Fight Scenes: The choreographed fight scenes are a highlight. Whether it’s hand-to-hand combat or street brawls, they’re well-executed and keep you engaged.
  3. Sehun’s Potential: Sehun’s acting shows promise. While he’s not the best actor out there, he’s convincing enough to suspend disbelief. Check out Busted if you want to see more of his acting chops.

The Not-So-Good:

  1. Weak Script: Unfortunately, the script falls short. Characters are one-dimensional, and the direction feels messy. Some scenes suffer from poor sound quality.
  2. Unfinished Story: The plot introduces too many characters, leaving some storylines unresolved. A second season with a more fleshed-out narrative would have been welcome.
  3. Missed Potential: Sehun’s potential remains untapped. Unlike other EXO members who shine in their projects, the script here doesn’t do justice to his abilities.

Final Verdict:

Dokgo Rewind is a mixed bag. If you’re an action fan who enjoys good-looking people beating each other up, you’ll find something to enjoy. Sehun’s presence and the fight scenes elevate it, but the weak script holds it back.
