Review
Pros:
- Chemistry and Production: The chemistry between the actors and overall production quality are commendable.
- Gritty Tone: The drama successfully balances a darker tone, occasionally punctuated by well-executed comedic moments.
- Opening Credits: The heavy metal music in the opening credits adds a refreshing touch.
- Clear Time Jumps: The story handles time jumps effectively, preventing confusion.
- Treehouse: The treehouse setting adds a unique and memorable element.
Cons:
- Confusing Plot: Unfortunately, the drama’s plot becomes unnecessarily convoluted. Clearer storytelling could have enhanced the viewing experience.
- Nonsensical Elements: Some plot points defy logic (e.g., unexplained gloves, turtlenecks in hot Thailand, unrealistic car crash, etc.).
- Editing Issues: The editing occasionally confuses viewers due to abrupt shifts and flashbacks.
Expertise and Trustworthiness:
- The drama lacks easily verifiable factual errors.
- While the production quality is high, the plot’s inconsistencies undermine its credibility.
