Fans of South Korean TV shows and movies have been eagerly awaiting the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards 2024, an annual event that finally took place on Tuesday (7/5/2024). This awards ceremony was attended by Korean actors and actresses who were nominated for their outstanding performances.

Contrary to predictions, Nam Goong Min took home the trophy for “Best Actor,” not Kim Soo Hyun. However, Kim Soo Hyun still secured the Prizm Popularity Award through voting.

3. Exhuma wins multiple awards but misses out on the Daesang
Kim Go Eun wins award at 60th Baeksang Arts Awards (prizm.co.kr)The movie “Exhuma” scooped up the most trophies of the night, winning four categories. Kim Go Eun also took home the award for “Best Actress.”
However, “Exhuma” did not win the Daesang. That honor went to the film “12.12: The Day.”
