TEAMHOPE’s agency just announced on Instagram that Lee Joo Young has officially joined. Lee Joo Young signed a contract with the agency after being a free agent for more than two years.
TEAMHOPE is a new agency started by actor Byun Yo Han in 2024. Lee Joo Young is now the second artist under this agency. Read on for more details!
1. Lee Joo Young Signs Exclusive Contract with TEAMHOPE Agency

Lee Joo Young began his acting career with ACE Factory and debuted in 2011 with a short film called “Behinds”. Some of the popular Korean dramas he’s been in include “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” (2016), “Itaewon Class” (2020), and “The Deal” (2023). In 2019, Lee Joo Young left ACE Factory to join Y1 Entertainment, but that contract lasted only two years.
2. TEAMHOPE: Founded by Byun Yo Han and His Manager

The agency was introduced to the public in February 2024. Despite being new, TEAMHOPE is actively managing artists in the Korean entertainment industry and has now recruited Lee Joo Young.
3. Lee Joo Young Confirmed for Upcoming Drama “Nine Puzzle”

The drama, a thriller genre, stars Son Suk Ku and Kim Da Mi and follows a detective trying to solve a murder case. “Nine Puzzles” is rumored to air in 2025 on the Disney+ platform.
Lee Joo Young’s last drama, “The Deal”, aired in October 2023, where he portrayed a female detective. Now, his activities in the Korean entertainment industry will be managed by TEAMHOPE. Congratulations to Lee Joo Young on joining TEAMHOPE!
