The drama Blood Free concluded its storyline in its final episode on Wednesday (8/5/2024). The narrative, revolving around the challenges faced by BF’s company, reached its climax as the main antagonist was finally unmasked.
The mastermind responsible for the Azoran bombing and the attempted destruction of BF was also unveiled. Additionally, the fate of the CEO, Yun Ja Yu, who continually faced perilous terror attacks, remained uncertain. So, did Yun Ja Yu survive?

1. BF Company’s Fate
After numerous legal and illegal endeavors, Seonu Jae ultimately acquired BF’s confidential data. He obtained information about the organ cultivation project conducted by BF through a team of hackers he clandestinely hired.
Despite BF’s headquarters being investigated for suspected unlawful research, On San and other researchers continued their fight for the company within the prosecutor’s office.
2. Seonu Geun’s Role as the Mastermind of the Azoran Bombing
It was finally revealed that Seonu Geun orchestrated the bombing in Azoran, which triggered the series of conflicts. Seonu Jae, aware of this, waited patiently for his father’s apprehension to seize control of Dorson’s company.
Seonu Geun aimed to eliminate his father-in-law, Lee Mun Gyu, through the bombing. Consequently, Seonu Geun was imprisoned, while Seonu Jae resigned from his ministerial position to assume leadership of Dorson.
3. The Fate of Seonu Geun’s Accomplices
To infiltrate BF’s company, Seonu Geun planted Jung Hae Deun as a spy. However, due to an accident and subsequent trauma during interrogation, Hae Deun suffered amnesia and lived in constant fear.
Meanwhile, Ji Sun Won, initially unidentified but later revealed, sustained severe injuries after a stabbing and a car collision with Yun Ja Yu. Despite being rescued, Sun Won succumbed to a fatal altercation in the BF operating room.
4. Woo Chae Woon’s Final Outcome
Woo Chae Woon, tasked with apprehending terrorists abroad, covertly rushed to BF’s company to protect Yun Ja Yu. Chae Woon sustained serious injuries and was tended to by doctors, barely clinging to life.
On San promptly concealed Chae Woon in BF’s secret chamber, arranging the house to appear vacant. Eventually, Chae Woon showed signs of life by reopening his eyes.
5. Yun Ja Yu’s Ultimate Destiny
Following an accident, Yun Ja Yu underwent surgery utilizing BF’s innovative technology, specifically cultivated organ transplantation. However, a shootout erupted during the operation, halting the procedure abruptly.
Until the drama’s conclusion, Yun Ja Yu’s whereabouts remained undisclosed. However, Yun Ja Yu’s voice heard inquiring about Jang Yeong Sil hinted at the possibility of the BF CEO’s survival.
